Battery Alliance: China's installed capacity of power batteries in April reached 54.1GWh, a year-on-year increase of 52.8%.

The China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance released data, in April, China's power battery installed capacity was 54.1GWh, a 4.3% decrease from the previous month, and a 52.8% increase year-on-year. Among them, the installed capacity of ternary batteries was 9.3GWh, accounting for 17.2% of the total installed capacity, a 7.0% decrease from the previous month, and a 6.3% decrease year-on-year; the installed capacity of lithium iron phosphate batteries was 44.8GWh, accounting for 82.8% of the total installed capacity, a 3.8% decrease from the previous month, and a 75.9% increase year-on-year. From January to April, China's cumulative power battery installed capacity was 184.3GWh, a cumulative year-on-year increase of 52.8%.
