The cumulative pledged quantity is 220 million shares, representing 19.79% of its shareholding. Huayuan Group released the pledge of 220 million shares on April 30, 2025, and pledged them again on May 9, 2025, accounting for 9.38% of the total share capital. The pledged financing funds are used to support the business development of its subsidiaries.
