According to the enterprise check app, Hangzhou Weiyin Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Ling Zailong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its scope of business includes: manufacturing of industrial automatic control systems; sales of intelligent instruments and meters; manufacturing and sales of instruments and meters; manufacturing of specialized equipment for semiconductor devices; and sales of specialized equipment for semiconductor devices. Equity penetration displayed by the enterprise check app shows that the company is fully owned by Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hikvision.
