Users can upgrade to the latest version of Alipay and click on the "+" in the chat box in the message interface to find the entrance to the voice call. If it is the first time using it, the page will prompt the following features: the account is secure with Alipay real-name authentication; the call does not have voice modulation to ensure authenticity; Alipay does not store call content to protect user privacy.
