The Ministry of Education has launched the implementation of the national county-level general high school leading teacher position plan.
In order to comprehensively implement the "Outline of the National Plan for Building a Strong Education Country" and cultivate a group of leading education and teaching talents in county-level ordinary high schools, the Ministry of Education recently issued a notice on the implementation of the National County-level Ordinary High School First Goose Teacher Position Plan. The notice stated that the establishment of the first goose teacher position in county-level schools will be filled by outstanding teachers with excellent political quality, outstanding professional quality, superior educational level, and outstanding organizational coordination skills. They will be supported and encouraged to establish studios, create exchange and growth platforms, establish a community of subject professional development within the county, conduct organized scientific research, innovate educational concepts, study teaching methods, and promote the development of the county's teaching staff.
The First Goose Teacher Position Plan implements a term-based management system, with each batch serving a term of 3 years, and the first batch will consist of 600 people. First goose teachers are expected to fully play their exemplary and radiating role, lead education and teaching reforms, enhance teachers' digital capabilities, strengthen training and guidance for studio members, and focus on building a county-level integrated teacher development team.
