The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's Building Market Supervision Department carried out research on the coordinated development of smart construction and industrialized construction in Guangzhou.

According to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, from May 8th to 9th, Deputy Director Liao Yuping of the Building Market Supervision Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development led a team to conduct research in Guangzhou on the coordinated development of smart construction and industrialization in Guangdong Province and Guangzhou. The research team visited the first Guangzhou International Smart Construction and Industrialization Building Industry Expo, conducted field research on smart construction projects, held a work forum, listened to reports on the relevant work situation in Guangdong Province and Guangzhou, and conducted in-depth discussions with government departments and business representatives on the future development trends of intelligent production and equipment technologies, such as construction robots and modular construction.
