Investment firm Elliott may invest in the infrastructure network of Bulgaria, but since negotiations are in the early stages, it cannot be guaranteed that a deal will be reached. The firm is also considering investing in the expansion project of the Turkey-Bulgaria oil pipeline and recently signed a confidentiality agreement with Bulgaria's state-owned natural gas transmission operator, Bulgargaz.
