Financial Intelligence APP News, Haohai Bio-Technology (06826.HK) announced that the board of directors will hold a meeting on May 9, 2025, proposing the re-election of Dr. Hou Yongtai, Mr. Wu Jianying, Ms. Chen Yiyi, Mr. Tang Minjie, Ms. You Jie, and Mr. Huang Ming as non-independent non-executive directors of the sixth board of directors (including executive directors and non-executive directors, but excluding independent non-executive directors and employee representative directors); and proposing the re-election of Mr. Jiang Zhihong, Mr. Shen Hongbo, Mr. Su Zhi, and Mr. Yang Yushe as independent non-executive directors of the sixth board of directors. The aforementioned proposals must be approved by the shareholders at the upcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) by way of an ordinary resolution.
