This year, the number of entry and exit passengers inspected at the Xiamen port has exceeded 2 million.

Since the beginning of this year, with a series of convenient policies for foreign nationals coming to China being launched one after another, as well as the successful hosting of many international events and conferences in Xiamen, the number of inbound and outbound passengers at Xiamen Port has increased significantly. According to the Xiamen General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection, as of 5 p.m. on May 9th, the number of inbound and outbound passengers inspected at Xiamen Port this year has exceeded 2 million, 27 days ahead of last year. Among them, the number of inbound and outbound foreign passengers from over 180 countries exceeded 330,000, an increase of 15% compared to last year, setting a new historical record for Xiamen Port during the same period.
