Recently, the Civil Aviation Administration issued the "Overall Plan for Ensuring Civil Aviation Operations during the Thunderstorm Season in 2025." The plan clearly states that the guarantee of civil aviation operations during the thunderstorm season in 2025 will focus on the principles of "putting safety first, strengthening dispatch and command, enhancing dynamic responses, and maintaining operational order." It sets a general goal of a national flight normal rate of no less than 70% from June to August, particularly emphasizing the key guarantee aspects such as early departures and late arrivals. It will focus on high-risk scenarios such as flight diversions, widespread delays, and nighttime high traffic volumes, emphasizing the effectiveness of the three-tier coordinated mechanism of "national-regional-airport." It will ensure the safety, stability, and smooth operation of civil aviation through systematic and precise management measures.
