Lepu Medical announced that Mr. Wang Xinglin, the chairman of the sixth board of supervisors of the company, passed away recently due to illness. During his tenure as chairman of the board of supervisors, Mr. Wang Xinglin fulfilled his duties diligently and responsibly, and the company expresses heartfelt thanks for his efforts and contributions to the company's development. After Mr. Wang Xinglin's passing, the number of members of the board of supervisors has decreased to 2, which is below the minimum number required by the Company Law and the company's articles of association. The company will promptly complete the election of new supervisors.
