Parker New Material: Zong Liping plans to reduce her holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3%.

Parker New Material announced that Ms. Zong Liping, one of the controlling shareholders and actual controllers, intends to reduce her holdings by a total of no more than 3.63 million shares, or 3% of the total share capital, through block trading and centralized bidding. Among them, she plans to reduce no more than 1.2117 million shares, or 1% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding; and she plans to reduce no more than 2.4234 million shares, or 2% of the total share capital, through block trading. The reduction plan will be implemented within 3 months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement.
