The Ministry of Commerce will collaborate with countries in Central and Eastern Europe to jointly explore investment and cooperation opportunities in emerging fields.

At a press conference held by the State Council Information Office today, Vice Minister of Commerce Yan Dong introduced that the next step will be to explore investment cooperation in emerging fields such as digital, green, and artificial intelligence with countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Yan Dong stated that efforts will be made to strengthen communication and exchange with Central and Eastern European countries in promoting economic growth, expanding imports from these countries, and promoting digital and green investment cooperation. It is encouraged to continue to explore opportunities for investment cooperation in emerging fields such as digital, green, and artificial intelligence with countries in Central and Eastern Europe, and to support capable and willing enterprises to invest in the Central and Eastern European region in accordance with market principles.
