(referred to as "Anhui Energy") to jointly carry out the Anhui Province Distribution Transformer Energy Efficiency Improvement and Renovation Service Project, and sign an energy management project contract with State Grid Anhui Power Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (referred to as "Anhui Power" or "Party A") Guarantee-type energy-saving contract (referred to as "Anhui Project").
