Wisdom Financial News APP informed that Little Yellow Duck Wealth (02250.HK) announced that on April 28, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Deying Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. signed a joint venture agreement and its supplemental agreement with Mark Shuchuang (Shenzhen) Cultural Development Co., Ltd., Mr. Jia Ke, and Mr. Lv Xingyuan. According to the joint venture agreement, the group will contribute RMB 2.75 million in cash to establish a joint venture company with the other parties to focus on the development and sale of AI large-scale intelligent products based on IP matrix. After the establishment of the joint venture company, it will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
