According to the Qi Cha Cha APP, Hangzhou Miaong New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yang Bo as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of solar thermal power generation equipment, software development, research and development of carbon reduction, carbon conversion, carbon capture, and carbon sequestration technologies. The equity penetration displayed by Qi Cha Cha shows that the company is fully owned by Hemai Group.
