According to the news from the Hainan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, with the approval of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, the Hainan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has initiated a case review and investigation into the serious violations of discipline and law by Huang Xingwu, former member of the standing committee and secretary general of the Sanya Municipal Party Committee. After investigation, it was found that Huang Xingwu seriously violated the Party's organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and work discipline, committing serious violations of law and suspected of bribery crimes. Moreover, he did not restrain himself or stop his actions after the 18th National Congress of the Party. According to relevant regulations, after the investigation and approval by the Hainan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, the decision was made to expel Huang Xingwu from the Party during a meeting of the standing committee of the Hainan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection. He will also be removed from public office by the Hainan Provincial Supervisory Commission, confiscate his ill-gotten gains from violations of discipline and law, and transfer his suspected criminal offenses to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution in accordance with the law.
