According to the Qichacha app, Xiamen Luweiguang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Du Wubing as the legal representative. The registered capital is 100 million yuan, and the business scope includes: integrated circuit manufacturing; integrated circuit sales; semiconductor device special equipment manufacturing; semiconductor device special equipment sales, etc. Equity penetration shown by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Luweiguang Optoelectronics.
