Recently, Junting Hotel Group introduced during an institutional research that during the May Day holiday period in 2025, the average RevPAR of the group's hotels exceeded 550 yuan. Among them, the two major brands under the group, "Pagoda Junting Design Hotel" and "Night Junting," performed excellently with a 10% year-on-year growth in RevPAR. The Guangzhou Guanjian Hotel, as a new joining project, had a RevPAR of over 800 yuan during the May Day period and achieved full occupancy for several consecutive days since its opening. In terms of regions, the South China market and Shanghai market stood out during this May Day period, especially in the Shanghai area where the group's hotels saw a significant increase in rental rates and average room prices.
