Zhixin Finance and Economics APP News, Era Global Group (02310.HK) announced that on May 8, 2025, the company received a letter from the Bankruptcy Administration Bureau stating that on April 30, 2025, a petition for the winding-up of the company was filed against the company. The petition was filed to the original court of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the company will be wound up according to the Company Winding-up Ordinance No. 246 of 2025. The petitioner is Mr. Shen Ke, a former director of the company. The hearing for the petition is scheduled to take place on July 9, 2025.
