Deaio Micro announced that the price for transferring shares inquired by shareholders is 18.98 yuan per share, with a total of 3.245 million shares to be transferred. After the transfer is completed, Shanghai Woyan will hold 12.33 million shares of the company, reducing its proportion of the total share capital from 6.74% to 4.98%. Jiangsu Runyou will hold 12.115 million shares of the company, reducing its proportion of the total share capital from 5.09% to 4.89%.
