*ST Tianyu Announcement: The board of directors received a written resignation report from Chairman Yang Haitao on May 8, 2025, stating that due to personal reasons, Yang Haitao is resigning from the positions of Chairman and director. Yang Haitao's resignation did not result in the number of board members falling below the minimum required by law, and will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors and the company's business. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Yang Haitao does not hold any shares of the company. The company will promptly complete the election of new directors and a new Chairman.
