The Aoyuan Group will convene a bondholders' meeting to discuss adjusting the payment plan for the "H20 Aoyuan 2" interest.

According to the creditors, On May 9th, Aoyuan Group will hold the first bondholder meeting for "H2O Aoyuan 2" 2025. Aoyuan Group plans to adjust the repayment schedule for the principal and interest of the bond, originally scheduled to start in May 2025, now postponed to September 30, 2025 to May 30, 2026. The principal will be repaid in four installments, with repayment percentages of 20%, 20%, 30%, and 29.85% respectively.
