Recently, the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Statistics and the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued the "Implementation Plan for Tianjin Computing Power Vouchers." "Computing power vouchers are policy tools and digital certificates used to support the purchase of intelligent computing or supercomputing services. Tianjin has introduced the computing power voucher policy, clearly providing subsidies at a rate of 10% of the contract amount, with a maximum annual subsidy of 2 million yuan for a single enterprise. Applying enterprises must meet conditions such as legal registration, no dishonesty records, and not receiving other municipal computing power subsidies, and carry out applications in key areas such as intelligent manufacturing, smart healthcare, and smart finance," explained the Head of the Digital Technology and Infrastructure Construction Division of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Statistics.
