On May 8th, Zheng Bei, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated at a press conference at the State Council Information Office that actively promoting fair participation of private enterprises in bidding and tendering. From January to April this year, the winning rate of private enterprises increased by 5 percentage points year on year. For projects worth less than one billion yuan, the proportion of winning projects by private enterprises exceeded 80%.
