Zhongzi Technology Investment has established multiple new energy technology companies.

The Qichacha app shows that recently, Huainan Jinwuchu Nengxin Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Shenyang Jinwuchu Nengxin Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Qingyang County Jinwuchu Nengxin Energy Technology Co., Ltd. were established, with Jiang Zhongfeng as the legal representative for all three companies and a registered capital of 500,000 RMB each. Their business scopes include solar power generation technology services; sales of generators and generator sets; power generation technology services; research and development of emerging energy technologies and new material technologies; sales of batteries; sales of battery accessories, etc. Equity penetration through Qichacha shows that all three companies are indirectly wholly owned by Zhongzi Technology.
