The first in the coupon industry! Guotai Haitong plans to issue no more than 2 billion yuan in science and technology innovation bonds.

The website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange shows on May 8th that Guotai Haitong plans to publicly issue technology innovation corporate bonds to professional investors. This issue of bonds is divided into two types: Type One is a 3-year fixed-rate bond, and Type Two is a 10-year fixed-rate bond. The total issuance size of this bond is not more than 2 billion yuan. Guotai Haitong stated that 70% of the funds raised from this bond will be used to support the technology innovation sector through equity, bonds, fund investments, etc., including but not limited to venture capital funds in areas such as integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, biomedicine, new energy, as well as government-funded industry funds and technology innovation corporate bonds.
