Industrial Bank SSE 100 ETF Warning Liquidation

On May 8th, Guotai Ruixin Fund announced that as of the close of May 7th, the net asset value of Guotai CSI A100ETF has been below 50 million yuan for 30 consecutive working days. According to regulations, if the number of fund shareholders is less than 200 or the net asset value is below 50 million yuan for 50 consecutive working days, the fund manager can terminate the fund contract after performing the liquidation procedure without convening a shareholder meeting. Guotai CSI A100ETF was established in December 2023 with a fundraising scale of 269 million yuan, and as of the end of the first quarter of this year, the scale was 49 million yuan. However, the fund has achieved a return of over 15% since its establishment.
