Dongxing Securities announced that the company has received notice from its controlling shareholder China Eastern that the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has officially approved the equity change of China Eastern. This equity change is being carried out in accordance with the government-approved plan for the gratuitous transfer of state-owned equity, and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance and operations. After the transfer is completed, China Eastern will still be the controlling shareholder of the company, but the actual controller will change from the Ministry of Finance to China Investment Corporation.
