Bonc Intelligent announced on the evening of May 7 that it plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 490 million yuan, which will be used for the construction of the 300,000 square meter intelligent circuit product production project in Zhuhai Shuohong, the construction of the printed circuit board production base of Bonc Intelligent in Thailand, and to supplement working capital.
