OpenAI plans to expand the "Stargate" AI project outside of the United States.

OpenAI plans to expand its $50 billion U.S. data center project "Stargate" by increasing overseas investment, but the group has not disclosed details of the project's financing and implementation. Chris Lehn, Vice President of Global Affairs at OpenAI, said: "This investment will exceed our expectations in the United States." OpenAI CEO Sam Altman launched the "Stargate" project at the White House in January, joined by U.S. President Trump, SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son, and Oracle chairman Larry Ellison. Trump praised the plan to spend $50 billion on American artificial intelligence infrastructure during his term as a "declaration of confidence in America."
