Yellow Duck De Ying (02250) has signed a formal cooperation agreement on the Guizhou Huangguoshu Yellow Duck Theme Drifting Project.

The Economic Daily app reports that Tiny Duck DeYing (02250) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary DeYing Trading (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. has signed a formal cooperation agreement with Guizhou Anshun Huangguoshu State-Owned Capital Operation Limited Liability Company and Anshun Huangguoshu Tourism District Seventeen Cultural and Tourism Limited Company (collectively referred to as the "cooperative partner") on the Huangguoshu Tiny Duck theme drift project in Guizhou. The project is located on the Baishui River of Tianlang Line, with a cooperation period from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2035, lasting for ten years.
