Yiwei Lithium Energy and State Power Investment Corporation jointly built and connected the first phase of the first shared energy storage project in Yunnan International to the grid.

On May 7th, according to EVE Energy, on April 29th, 2025, the first phase of the 500MW/1000MWh shared energy storage project in Lu Liang County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province, was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation. This is the first shared energy storage project jointly constructed by EVE Energy and Yunnan International Electric Power Investment Co., Ltd. of State Power Investment Corporation. The project is developed, constructed, and operated by Lu Liang Dian Neng Electric Power Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunnan International of State Power Investment Corporation, with a total construction capacity of 500MW/1000MWh. The first phase of construction has a capacity of 200MW/400MWh, and the design life of the power station is 20 years.
