The thematic conference of the International Cooperation Friendship Group for Artificial Intelligence was successfully held at the United Nations.

According to the Chinese Permanent Mission to the United Nations, on May 6, the Chinese and Zambian Permanent Missions to the United Nations and the China Association for Science and Technology jointly held a thematic meeting of the International Cooperation Friendship Group on Artificial Intelligence Capacity Building at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Ambassador Fu Cong, China's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, and Luo Hui, Member of the Party Group of the China Association for Science and Technology, as well as representatives from Zambia, Costa Rica, Spain, and the Deputy Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union, delivered speeches. More than 100 representatives from over 70 countries and international organizations attended the meeting.
