At the 2025 Lenovo Innovation and Technology Conference held today, Yang Yuanqing, Chairman and CEO of Lenovo Group, stated that the next catalyst for improving quality of life and productivity is the super intelligent entity, which is the next stage of artificial intelligence after the initial generation. He pointed out that the super intelligent entity possesses three main functions: first, in terms of perception and interaction, it can real-time capture and deeply understand information about the environment and the user's current state, supporting multiple ways of active perception such as text, image, voice, gestures, eye tracking, facial expression analysis, etc., can achieve precise interpretation and response to user intent across devices. Second, in terms of cognition and decision-making, it can access local personal and corporate knowledge bases across devices and ecosystems, reflect on experiences accumulated knowledge, implement efficient feedback learning to establish and maintain traceability, relevance, and understand the logic behind events and situations, make deductions, inferences, judgments, and apply learnings from one scenario to others. Third, in terms of autonomy and evolution, it combines user intent and prior knowledge to break down complex tasks into subtasks, distribute them to domain-specific intelligent entities, autonomously orchestrate execution sequences, plan steps, call cross-ecosystem tools through intelligent agent interconnection protocols to actively execute tasks, continuously evolve and upgrade through self-learning. Yang Yuanqing emphasized that the foundation of these three functions is data security and privacy protection, which are non-negotiable values and innovation guidelines for the super intelligent entity.
