On May 6th, Zhejiang Jinko Tom Cat Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. issued a notice about the partial share pledging of shareholders. The announcement shows that on April 29th, Tom Cat's controlling shareholder Zhu Zhigang pledged 3 million shares, accounting for 0.98% of his shareholding; as of the announcement date, Zhu Zhigang has pledged a total of 302.3 million shares, accounting for 98.56% of his shareholding and 8.6% of the total shares of the company. The announcement stated that the source of funds for the share pledge repayment of the company comes from the company's operating income, asset realization, share transfer, and other self-owned or self-raised funds, and actively take measures to address the risks of forced liquidation or forced transfer, strictly complying with the relevant regulations such as the Securities Law and the Management Measures for the Acquisition of Listed Companies to fulfill the disclosure obligations.
