Huayi Group (600623.SH) plans to acquire 60% of San Aifu's equity for 4.91 billion yuan to expand its business in fluoropolymers and other areas.

Zhito Finance APP News, Huayi Group (600623.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire 60% equity of Shanghai Huayi San Aifu New Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "San Aifu" or "Target Company") held by Shanghai Huayi Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shanghai Huayi" or "Transferor") in cash. The transaction price is based on the evaluation value of 68.19 billion yuan of the total equity value of San Aifu as of December 31, 2024. After friendly negotiations between the parties, the price for the 60% equity of San Aifu is 40.91 billion yuan (final value subject to confirmation by the competent state-owned assets department or its authorized unit).
