Nan Hwa Group Holdings (00413) and its subsidiaries plan to sell all of the issued share capital of three of its subsidiaries.

Smart Financial News App, Nanhua Group Holdings (00413) announced that on May 6, 2025 (after trading hours), the seller (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the buyer Splendid Enterprises Limited (a related party of Mr. Wu, a company contact) entered into a sales agreement. Under the terms of the sales agreement, subject to certain conditions, the seller conditionally agreed to sell and the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase all of the issued shares of the target company (i.e. the shares for sale), for a price of 26.96 million Hong Kong dollars.
