Ministry of Commerce: Starting from May 7, 2025, anti-dumping duties will be imposed on the products under investigation as the investigating authority has finally determined that imported chlorpyrifos originating from India is being dumped, causing substantial damage to the domestic chlorpyrifos industry, and there is a causal relationship between dumping and the substantial damage. The Tariff Commission of the State Council has made a decision based on the recommendation of the Ministry of Commerce to impose anti-dumping duties on the products under investigation starting from May 7, 2025.
