"May 1st" holiday, Hengqin Port's entrada and exit travel number reaches a record high

During the "May Day" holiday, the Hengqin Guangdong-Macau cooperation zone, with its unique ecological resources and the integration of culture and tourism, attracted many residents from Hong Kong and Macau to visit, forming a two-way peak with mainland tourists traveling to Macau. According to statistics from the Hengqin Immigration Inspection Station of the Zhuhai Border Inspection General Station, during the "May Day" holiday, there were over 513,000 entries and exits of personnel and over 46,000 vehicles through the Hengqin port, representing a year-on-year increase of 44.6% and 53.3% respectively. The daily passenger flow exceeded 100,000 people for three consecutive days from May 1st to 3rd, with May 1st and May 2nd breaking historical records twice in a row, with the highest daily passenger flow on May 2nd exceeding 128,000 people.
