During the May Day holiday, a total of over 58.01 million people in Guangxi Province traveled across regions.

On May 6, it was learned from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Transportation that during this year's "May Day" holiday, there was a strong overall demand for transportation in Guangxi. The comprehensive passenger transport volume in the whole region increased significantly year-on-year, and the volume of inter-regional personnel flow in the whole society continued to operate at a high level. According to statistics, from May 1 to May 5, Guangxi completed a total of 7.5682 million commercial passenger trips, an increase of 11.90% compared to the same period in 2024. The volume of inter-regional personnel flow in the whole society reached 58.0153 million, an increase of 20.27% compared to 2024.
