Zijin Mining (02899.HK) has completed the acquisition of controlling interest in Tibet Julong Copper Co., Ltd.

Wisdom Financial News App News, Zijin Mining (02899.HK) announced that on May 6, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Zijin International Holdings received a "Confirmation of Securities Transfer Registration" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, confirming that Tangge Chuangtou, Sichuan Yonghong, Xiao Yongming, Lin Jifang, and Xinsha Hongyun collectively held 3.92 billion shares of Zangge Mining have all been transferred and registered under Zijin International Holdings as of April 30, 2025.
