On September 6, 2024, Fuyang Quanfu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. disclosed the Announcement on the Controlling Shareholder's Plan to Increase Holdings of the Company's Shares through Jiawei New Energy Co., Ltd., committing to increase its holdings of Jiawei New Energy stocks by not less than 60 million yuan with its own funds within six months from the date of the announcement. As of March 6, 2025, the deadline for this increase plan has expired, and Fuyang Quanfu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. did not increase its holdings of Jiawei New Energy stocks. The above actions constitute a violation of the commitment stipulated in Article 15, paragraph 1 of the "Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies and Their Related Parties - Commitments of Listed Companies" According to the provisions of Article 17 of the "Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies and Their Related Parties - Commitments of Listed Companies," the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to issue a warning letter to Fuyang Quanfu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. as a regulatory measure.
