According to the news from China Trade Remedies Information Network, on May 1, 2025, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted to make the first sunset review of anti-dumping measures on imported mattresses from China, affirming the determination of industry harm: it is ruled that if the current anti-dumping measures are lifted, substantial harm to the domestic industry in the United States may continue or recur within a reasonably foreseeable period of time. According to the final ruling, the current anti-dumping measures in this case will remain in effect. On October 10, 2018, the U.S. Department of Commerce initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imported mattresses from China. On October 18, 2019, the U.S. Department of Commerce made a final ruling on anti-dumping measures on imported mattresses from China. On November 4, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it will conduct the first sunset review investigation on imported mattresses from China. On February 6, 2025, the U.S. Department of Commerce made the first sunset review final ruling on imported mattresses from China.
