Journalists have learned that securities firms are currently intensifying their efforts to participate in the evaluation of cultural construction for the year 2024. According to requirements, securities firms need to submit their annual cultural construction report before May 20th. It is understood that this year, securities firms are paying more attention to preventing major reputation incidents. This year, in the scoring criteria for cultural construction, a special scoring criterion related to major reputation incidents of securities firms has been added. Securities firms that experience major reputation incidents during the evaluation year, causing serious impacts, will be penalized. In particular, heavier penalties will be imposed on securities firms that experience reputation incidents related to extravagance, flaunting wealth, causing serious impacts, or involving improper compensation incentives and lax management.
