DoorDash is planning to acquire Deliveroo for $3.9 billion, accelerating its entry into international markets.

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DoorDash (DASH.US) has reached an agreement to acquire Deliveroo, a food delivery platform based in the UK, for a stock value of 29 billion pounds (approximately 39 billion US dollars). This acquisition signifies the American company's strategic layout of accelerating its entry into overseas markets by acquiring smaller competitors.
