Former party member of the Gansu Provincial Government and Deputy Governor Yang Zixing has been prosecuted.

On the 6th, it was learned from the Supreme People's Procuratorate that Yang Zixing, former member of the Gansu Provincial Government's Party Group and deputy governor, was suspected of accepting bribes and using his influence to accept bribes. The case was concluded by the National Supervisory Commission and designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate for examination and prosecution by the People's Procuratorate of Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Weinan City has filed a public prosecution with the Intermediate People's Court of Weinan City. During the examination and prosecution stage, the procuratorial organ informed the defendant Yang Zixing of his litigation rights in accordance with the law, interrogated the defendant, and heard the opinions of the defense counsel. The procuratorial organ accused the defendant Yang Zixing of using his positions such as deputy secretary and mayor of Dingxi City, secretary of the Dingxi Municipal Party Committee, executive deputy minister of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, member of the Gansu Provincial Government's Party Group, and deputy governor to illegally seek benefits for others and accept huge amounts of money. After leaving office, using his previous positions as a member of the Gansu Provincial Government's Party Group and deputy governor, Yang Zixing unlawfully sought benefits for others and accepted huge amounts of money through the behavior of other state employees. He shall be held criminally responsible for the crimes of bribery and using influence to accept bribes in accordance with the law.
