From May 1st to 5th, Xibei's overall revenue increased by 18.85% year-on-year, with a growth of over 31% in core business district stores in Beijing. The newly opened Didiguli store in Beijing had a daily turnover exceeding 50,000 yuan. Another brand, Cun Cun Hot Pot, achieved daily turnover levels comparable to weekends, with daily turnover about three times higher than non-holiday periods. The consumption upgrade was driven by tea-flavored broth, limited edition seafood, and private room services. Tourist cities and first-tier suburban stores performed particularly well, confirming the trend of expanding holiday consumption radius.
