Recently, the State Administration of Market Regulation officially released the "Urban Housing Rental Contract", aiming to transform the relevant provisions on housing rental in the Civil Code into risk prevention for landlords and tenants in the housing rental process, revitalize existing housing resources, and achieve orderly and effective use of housing.
