Fitch Ratings: Awarded a "BBB" rating to the senior unsecured notes planned to be issued by General Motors (GM.US)

On May 5th, Fitch Ratings awarded General Motors Company (referred to as "General Motors" GM.US) a "BBB" rating for its proposed issuance of senior unsecured notes. General Motors' long-term issuer default rating (IDR) is also rated "BBB" with a positive outlook.
